Privacy Policy
AiLib ("AiLib", "we", "us") is operated by GigaSphere LLC. This policy explains what data we collect when you use ailib.app and the tools within it, and how it's used.
1. What we collect
- Anonymous client ID. On your first visit we generate a random identifier and store it in your browser's local storage. It is not tied to your name, email, or any account by default — it exists purely to track your free daily credit and any credits you purchase.
- Quiz answers. The choices you make in a tool (e.g. quiz answer indices) are sent to our backend to generate your AI report. We do not store these answers long-term or associate them with your identity.
- Payment information. If you buy a credit pack or subscribe, checkout is handled entirely by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy shares with us only your anonymous client ID, the product purchased, and payment status, so we can credit your account.
- Standard technical logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention, per their standard infrastructure logging.
2. How we use it
- To generate the AI content you request (e.g. your archetype report) via our AI provider (Google Gemini).
- To track and enforce free/paid credit balances tied to your anonymous client ID.
- To prevent abuse of the free daily credit (e.g. rate limiting).
- To respond to support requests you send us directly.
3. What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't require an account, email, or phone number to use the free tier.
- We don't share your quiz answers or generated reports with third parties beyond the AI provider needed to generate them.
4. Third-party processors
We rely on the following processors, each with their own privacy policy: Cloudflare (hosting), Lemon Squeezy (payments, merchant of record), Google Gemini (AI text generation), Upstash (credit-balance storage).
5. Your rights
Since we identify you only by an anonymous, browser-local ID, we have no practical way to look up your data by name or email. Clearing your browser's local storage effectively resets your identity with us. If you purchased credits and want them removed or have a data request, contact us with the client ID shown in your browser (visit the site and open developer tools → Application → Local Storage → ailib_cid) and we'll act on it.
6. Changes
We may update this policy as AiLib's tool library grows. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
