Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of ailib.app and its tools (the "Service"), operated by GigaSphere LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
AiLib is a library of small AI-powered tools. Each tool generates content (e.g. a personality report) using third-party AI models based on input you provide. Access to tools is free within a limited daily credit, with additional credits or unlimited access available for purchase.
2. Credits and billing
- Every anonymous client receives 1 free credit per UTC day, tracked via a locally-stored identifier — no account required.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases that add a fixed number of credits to your balance.
- The Unlimited plan is a recurring monthly subscription that grants unlimited generations across all tools in the library for as long as it remains active. It renews automatically until cancelled.
- All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. Prices shown include or exclude tax as determined by Lemon Squeezy based on your location.
- Because each generation consumes real AI compute at the moment of purchase-backed use, all sales are final and non-refundable once a credit has been successfully spent on a generated result, except where required by law. If a generation fails due to an error on our end, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance — you are never charged for a failed generation.
- You may cancel the Unlimited subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further charges will occur after that.
3. Anonymous identity & account loss
The Service does not use logins. Your credit balance and subscription status are tied to a random identifier stored in your browser's local storage. If you clear your browser data, switch browsers, or use a different device, you will not have access to your existing balance or subscription status under the new identifier. We are not able to recover or merge balances across identifiers except on a best-effort basis if you contact support with proof of purchase (e.g. an order confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy).
4. Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or abuse the free daily credit through automation, multiple accounts, or similar means.
- Don't use the Service to generate unlawful, harassing, or abusive content directed at real people without their consent.
- We may suspend access for accounts/identifiers found to be abusing the Service.
5. AI-generated content
Reports and other outputs are generated by third-party AI models and are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not professional advice of any kind (medical, psychological, financial, legal, or otherwise), and we make no guarantee of their accuracy.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GigaSphere LLC's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms as the tool library grows. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
